In order to provide services to you and business users, to ensure the normal operation of the Services, to improve and optimize the Services and to protect account security, Infobird collects the information that you provide unsolicited, authorized, or generated in connection with your registration and/or use of the Services in the following manner:

1.1 In order to complete the registration and management of Infobird account and other necessary activities, you shall provide true, legal and valid information, including but not limited to name, contact, E-mail, telephone, etc.

1.2 In order to provide continuous services and guarantee the quality of services, during the period in which you use the Services, we will record and keep information about your login and use of the Services, including but not limited to IMEI, IP address, type of browser, language used, date and time of access, software and hardware characteristics information, user identifiers and web browsing records, GPS and other location service use information, etc., provided that it will not include any data related to your business.

1.3 If you need to make delivery or testing of products offline in line application, which is necessary for the performance of contract, you shall provide contact person, contact information, address and other necessary information.

1.4 Establish an operations and management team in Beijing responsible for the service delivery of Infobird Cloud Computing applications and establish a second center in Guangzhou to ensure operational availability.
